All patients registered at our Practice have Dr Ayesha Zafar as their named GP.
The role of the named GP will not:

• take on vicarious responsibility for the work of other doctors or health professionals
• take on 24-hour responsibility for the patient, or have to change their working hours
• imply personal availability for GPs throughout the working week
• be the only GP or clinician who will provide care to that patient

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GPs working in West End Clinic in the last financial year was £58,769 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 3 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.

We now have a new Practice Nurse Michelle Baldwin. We also have a new regular Locum GP who work in the surgery every week, Dr Adeniyi Adebola.
